He was predeceased by: his parent Brenda Lewallen; and his grandparents, Levi and Naomi Smith. He is survived by: his children, Jacob Serra, Marcquee Shaye Serra and Kaylee Seeber; his grandchildren, Alora Serra, Ava Brown, Rayner Sanders, Sophia Seeber and May; and his siblings, Lisa Crabtree, Harlen Lewallen, Dusty Lewallen, Bill Lewallen and Rick Lewallen.
