He is survived by: his children, Melissa Phipps of Jacksboro, TN, Leland Shawn Webb of Caryville, TN, Matthew Thomas (Nikkeeta Webb) of Corbin, KY, Monica Gaye, Ashley Brook Webb of Oneida, TN and Destany Larae (Matthew Lawson) of Oneida, TN; his grandchildren, Megan Marie Rampley of Chatsworth, GA, Kaitlyn Denise of Chatsworth, GA, Hannah Lashae Phipps of Chatsworth, GA, Zoey, Devin Phillips of Oneida, TN, Gage, Dillian Webb of Dalton, GA, Nakeeah Webb of Robbins, TN and Alexius Slaven of Williamsburg, KY; his great grandchildren, Maddie of Chatsworth, GA, Evelyn of Chatsworth, GA and Kayden Rampley of Chatsworth, GA; his nephews, Jackie and Doug Webb of Robbins; and his close friends, Buck Gunter (Denita), Anthony and Melanie Duncan. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
