It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Payne of Oneida, Tennessee, who passed away on October 2, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Elmer and Eva Miller Payne. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Sue Kidd Payne; his children, Kenneth Travis Payne (Jennifer) of Knoxville and Andrea Nicole Payne of Nashville; his siblings, Lovada Ferguson (Doug) of Knoxville, Nada Laxton (Jim) of Oneida and Tom Payne (Elaine) of Oneida; his parents-in-law, Hollins and Maxine Kidd of Oneida; and his siblings-in-law, Diane Kidd of Oneida, Marcia Wilson of Oneida and Brian Kidd of Oneida.
