He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Chambers and Jeanie Chambers; his daughter Rheanna Chambers of Pine Knot, KY; his sister Jennifer Lynn Chambers Meredith (Phillip); the mother of his child Dana King of Pine Knot, KY; his grandmother Mary Ross of Oneida, TN; his uncle Jim Chambers (Carol); his aunts, Lucy Carrol Breheim (Ernie) of Indianapolis, IN and Twila Robison of Indianapolis, IN; his nephews, Thomas James (T. J.) of Winfield, TN and Cole Blakelynn Meredith of Winfield, TN; his close friend Katrina Hammock; and his daughter Keylei.
