She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul "Bud" Edward and Wanda Ruth Braden Neal; her husband Jerry Olson Perkins; her daughter-in-law Connie Duncan; and her friend Janet Choate.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda West (Chad) and Kevin Perkins; her grandchildren, Christin Douglas (Logan), Chelsey Whited (Robbie), Madi West, Raylin West, Lily Burke (Jonah) and Shane Perkins; her great grandchildren, Emilee Douglas, Mason Douglas and Ella Douglas; her sister Paula Tilley (Tim); and her nieces and nephews, Cynthia Martin (Derek), John Terry (Brooke), Monica Terry and Stacy Norwood (Chris). She is also survived by several other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Jones and Son Funeral Home (20059 Alberta St, Oneida, TN 37841). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
