D. Smith; and her brothers, Howard Smith (Elsie), Othel Smith (Lena), Earl Smith (Magdelene), Odie Smith (Dorothy), Elisie Tolliver (Jim) and Hurstle Smith (Rita).

She is survived by: her husband Noble Smith; her daughter Debra Jo Smith (Rocky Webb); her siblings, Glenna Harrell of Oneida, Tennessee and Glen Daugherty (Judy); her niece Jackie Spaulding Wright of Seymore, Tennessee; her close friends, Bob, Alfreda Duncan and Robin Duncan; and her caregivers, Tabi Smith, Sabrina Chambers, Dorothy Slaven, VeRhonda Hembree, Dorothy Watson and Dr. Tim Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family members, and friends.
