He is survived by: his wife Sue Ivey; his child Ashley McMillen (John); his siblings, Jane Sullivan and Sam Ivey; and his grandchildren, Zach McMillen, Lily McMillen, David Cross and Doug Goss. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
