"Bill" Foster (Libby), Chester "Stokes" Foster and Scott Foster; her brother-in-law Roger Thorne; her sisters, Mattie Steel (Joe), Hulda Foster (Dillard), Magaline "Tiny" Perkins, Cloretta, Joan, Dixie and Christine Foster; and her parents-in-law, Lemuel West and Elsie Butler.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy West (Curtis) of Helenwood, Tennessee; her siblings, Sam Foster (Brenda) of Kentucky and Jean Thorne of Oneida, Tennessee; her siblings-in-law, Hazel Harness of Oneida, Katie Foster of Virginia and Carvel Perkins of Helenwood, Tennessee; and her close friends, Faye King and Helen Owens. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
