He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Perkins and Della Stephens Perkins; his siblings, Eugene Perkins (Ann), Carl Perkins, Jr., Jack Perkins, Blanche Strunk, Shirley Taylor and Irene Adkins; and his nieces and nephews, Dustin Posey, Jason Adkins, Junior Adkins, Charlotte Strunk Smith and Delores Adkins.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Neal Perkins; his children, Rhonda Perkins West (Chad) and Kevin Perkins; his grandchildren, Christin Douglas (Logan), Chelsey West, Madi West, Raylin West, Lily West and Shane Perkins; his great grandchildren, Emilee Douglas, Mason Douglas and Ella Douglas; his sister Carolyn Clark (Carol); and his sister-in-law Paula Tilley (Tim). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
