With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean K. Foster of Oneida, Tennessee, who passed away on October 22, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kelley and Hazel Sands Kelley; and her brother-in-law Joe Plumlee. She is survived by: her children, Kelly Stringer (Mike) of Oneida, Tami Constantine (Steve) of Boca Raton, FL and Robert Foster (Rachel) of Oak Hill, VA; and her sisters, Juanita Plumlee of Knoxville, TN and Joyce Crownover (Bill) of Rossville, GA. She is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
