She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Jacobs Hopkins (Jack) of Knoxville; her grandsons, Daniel Jacobs (Erin) of Maryville, Benji Jacobs (Morgan) of Oneida, Greg Hopkins (Morgan) of Knoxville and Luke Hopkins of Knoxville; her great grandchildren, Caden, Brylee, Jaxon, William, Henley, Keegan, Brady, Jovie Grace, Crew and Harrison; her sister Barbara Whitfield Paul of Knoxville; her daughter-in-law Pam Jacobs of Oneida; and her caregiver Barbara Robbins.
