He is survived by: his parents, Michael Smith and Lois Boghenkemper Demille; his children, Blake Smith of Stephanie Burgman, Brandon Smith of Stephanie Burgman and Weston Smith of Paige Harness; and his brother Lezlie Joe Smith.
