She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Burress and Edith Burress; her husband Johnny Kenneth Vann; her daughter Teresa Gay Vann; her stepmother Tilley Jeffers Burress; and her brothers, Clifford Burress, Arnold Burress, Doyle Burress and Jimmy Burress.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth Allen Vann of Oneida; her siblings, Marilyn Joan Cook (Teddy) of Halls, June Sharpe of Norma, Janet Chambers (Roy) of Capital Hill and Argil Burress (Kathy) of Oliver Springs; her sister-in-law Shelia Hatfield Burress of Dunkirk, IN; her granddaughters, Candida Vann Morgan (Billy) of Robbins and Gabrielle Vann Bates (Tyler) of Oneida; her great grandchildren, Brandon Morgan, Shasta Hutson, Alena Hughett, Cainan Hughett, Autumn Bates, Zelda Bates and Sofie Bates; and her great great grandchildren, Anthony Hutson and Kahlan Hutson. She is also survived by family members and friends.
