She is survived by: her husband Tom Botts; her children, Michael, Heather Botts of Oneida, TN, Jimmy Hensley, Craig Hensley of Muncie, IN, Barbara, Chuck Claspell of Muncie, IN and Tammy Hensley Stone of Muncie, IN; her sister-in-law Janice McCowan; and her nieces, Kayla Warmoth, Jamie Warmoth and Cindy McCowan. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
