He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Lee and Liza Jane Yancey Duncan; his parents-in-law, Albert and Estella Vaughn (Coffey); his sisters, Marine Hall (Sam) and Delone Keeton (Junior); and his siblings-in-law, Curtis Sexton, Leonard Terry, Jr., Helen Gipson (Claude Jr.) and Betty Baker Vaughn.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Vaughn Duncan; his children, Bill Duncan (Melanie) and Jane Lloyd (Joey); his grandchildren, Skye Lloyd, Tyler Lloyd (Allison), Ryan Duncan (Stephanie) and Leigh Culver (Blake); his great grandchildren, Luke, Cash Lloyd, Rylan, Peyton Duncan, Blakelee, Hudson, Collins and Duncan Culver; his siblings, Raylene Terry, Geneeda Sexton and Harold Dean Duncan (Wilma); and his caregivers, Jeannie Phillips, Wilma Butler and Deecie Buttram. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
