Hurstle Lay and Opal Lay; his significant other Wilma "Colleen" Lay (West); his children, Tonya Lay Sammons, Donald (Sam), Jacque Lay Anderson and Kelly Lay Koller (Jerry Koller); his grandchildren, Jennifer Avenido Adam Peace (Jay Avenido), Kim Sammons Hipshman, Travis Sammons, Heather Anderson, Chastin Anderson, Chelsea Perdue (Landon Perdue), Haley Koller, Jessy Koller, Arden, Hayden Avenido, Jaxon Crummie, Leighton Perdue, Maverick and Camden Sammons; and his siblings, Bill, Jerry Lay, Ruth Ray Regina Wolf, Christine Vockell, Wilma Crabtree, Dorinda Layman and Yvonne Wright.
