He is survived by: his children, Douglas Gene Jones (Parisa) of Sevierville, TN, Phillip Jones (Lori) of Oneida, TN, Teresa Tritt (Steve) of Jackson, TN and Laura Jones of Huntsville, TN; his brother Bobby Jones (Vera) of Gibson, TN; his grandchildren, Alex Jones and Claire Jones; and his close friends, Katie and Casper.
