We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2021, at the age of 81, Gilbert Arlee Marcum of Oneida, Tennessee passed away. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Marcum and Ollie Kidd Marcum; his siblings, Jewell Musgrove, Joyce Adams, Pauline Phillips, Shirley Jean Foster, Billie and Esau "Bud" Marcum; and his brothers-in-law, Ira Lee Foster, Gene Musgrove and Philip Adams.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jackie Marcum and Lucy Marcum. He is also survived by special friends and staff at SAI; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews, other relatives, and friends.
