He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Lee Ooten and Clarissa Hicks Ooten; his son Jesse Lee Ooten; and his siblings, Danny Ooten, Arnell, Idell, Bon L. and Carol.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Ooten; his son Allen Ooten (Bridgett); his grandchildren, McKenzie Miller (Carter), Zackery Patton (Allie), Jager Patton and Presley Ooten Crabtree (Cornbread); and his great grandchild Roper Patton. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Gary Allan Ooten Memorial Fund.
