He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiter Lowe and Nerva Cooper Lowe; his sons, Mark Lowe and Danny Ray Lowe (Zeke); his grandson Alexis Larkin Lowe (Lex); his siblings, Lawrence, Lawton, Vaughn of Clarence, W. A, Ronnie Lowe (Linda), Edis Lowe, Verla Mae Lowe and Brenda Sue Lowe; and his brother-in-law Jessie Trammell.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie Lowe; his children, Robbie Lowe (Susan), Diana Massengale (Ricky), Sandra Pyror, David Lowe (Donna), Jerry Lowe and Pamela Lowe; his grandchildren, Nathan, T. J., Jon, Adam, Jeremy, Edmond Ray, Natalie, Wendy, Jessica and Chelsey; and his sister Betty Jo Trammell. He is also survived by 12 Great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
