She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Edward Luther Duncan and Gertie Marie Acres Duncan; her son James "Bubby" Holt; her siblings, James Duncan, Melbert Akers, David Duncan, Martha Sue Staten and Barbara Lynn Fornash; her brother-in-law Linden Kidd; her nephews, Melbert Akers Jr., Joey Lee Bond and Jeffrey Kidd; and her niece Linda Campbell.
She is survived by: her son Charles Timothy Holt (Charlotte Kay) of Oklahoma; her grandsons, David Holt and Timothy Holt (Cindy); her siblings, Joe L. Duncan of Oneida, Joshua Duncan (Bonnie) of Indiana, Ann Kidd of Oneida, Mary Hall of Oneida and June Toomey (Dan) of Oklahoma; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Staten of Ohio and Freda Akers of Ohio. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
