She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison Chitwood and Pearl Keeton Chitwood; her husband Robert Wassenaar; her daughter Stacey Marcum; her brothers, George Chitwood, Louis Chitwood and Harrison Chitwood, Jr.; and her half-brother Ben Chitwood.
She is survived by: her children, Allen Chitwood (Debbie), James Marcum (Linda) of Wilmore, KY, Michael Marcum (Barb) of South Milwaukee, WI and Tracey Welytok (Rick) of Milwaukee, WI; her brother Milford Chitwood (Brenda) of Winfield, TN; and her stepchildren, Barbara, Donald, David and Robert Jr.. She is also survived by many cousins, other family members and friends.
