It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dora June Carter (Oneida, Tennessee), who passed away on July 31, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her nephew Daniel Carl Jacks. She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Carter of Oneida; her son Christopher Sean Carter; and her brothers, George Martin Jacks, Dan Jacks (Lori) and Sybil. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
