She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Fletcher and Hattie Fletcher of Rugby, Tennessee.; and her half-sister Casey Kidd. She is survived by: her husband Marshall B. West; her son Jason A. Terry; her stepchildren, Damon West and Dawn West; her siblings-in-law, Ruth Keeton (Jack) and Bobby West; her grandchildren, Brennan Cross, Cyrus West, Aircin West, Sydney Hicks and Brock Blevins; her sister Sandra Phillips (Carmer Phillips); her half-siblings, Edward Kidd and Sarah Bourland; her nieces, Michele Shepard (Andrew) and Carmen Phillips (Kelly Winters); and her caregiver Brenda.
