He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Sexton and Hannah Yancey Sexton; his parents-in-law, Edson Bilbrey and Lela Griffith Bilbrey; his siblings, Clolene Jeffers (Ervin), Steve Sexton and Kenneth Sexton (Brenda); and his brothers-in-law, Steve Phillips and David Bilbrey (Madeline).
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Bilbrey Sexton; his son Brian Sexton (Kaye); his grandchildren, Brianne Upchurch (Jared), Lauren Hamby (Jeremy) and Trevor Sexton (Michelle); his great grandchildren, Keithan Upchurch, Abram Upchurch, Evalea Upchurch (Little Bit), Liam Sexton, Elizabeth Hamby and Olivia Hamby; his sister Carolyn Sue Smith (Joe); his sister-in-law Jane Phillips; and his caregivers, Brenda Smith, Amanda, Kendra, Michelle Ashcraft, Melissa Bowman, Joann Hutson, Juanita Hatfield and Charlotte Alford. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
