She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Reece Baldwin; her parents, Elmer Phillips (Boog) and Etha Phillips; her siblings, Claude B. Phillips, Elmo L. Phillips, Edward C. Phillips, Selma Phillips McGibney, Ottie Phillips Sexton, Cleo Phillips Baker, Edna Phillips Heth and Lucille Phillips Wright; and her grandson Nathan Baldwin.
She is survived by: her children, Doris Baldwin Booher (Ronnie) of Dalton, GA, Reecia Baldwin Harrell (George) of Jacksonville, FL and Roger Ray Baldwin (Karen) of Oneida, TN. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
