He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Jeffers and Hamblin Jeffers of Arizona; his wife Brenda Sue Phillip Jeffers; his sisters, Betty Jeffers and Nola Jeffers Phillips; and his son-in-law Luke Hill.
He is survived by: his children, Delbert Jeffers, Jr. and Pamela Sue Hill; his grandchildren, Jonathon Hill (Alena), Jessica Hill (Shawn King), Roman Jeffers, Braydon, Riley, Briar Hill, Jerica Lowe, Lucas Washam and Noah Washam; and his siblings, Bud Jeffers, Glen Jeffers (Carolyn), Tom Jeffers (Melissa Chambers), Cindy Terry, Lillian Jeffers, Cora Rich and Louise Jones. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
