He is survived by: his wife Brenda Gilbert of Oneida; his siblings, Jack Gilbert (Phyllis) of Oneida, Grover Gilbert (Jewell) of Oneida and Vetis Petway (Gene) of Jasper; his sisters-in-law, Linda Neal (Larry) of Helenwood and Lucille Phelps of Oneida; his niece Amy Garrett (John) of Oneida; his nephews, Marcus Neal of Helenwood, Dale Neal (Sharon) of Oneida, Jeffery Buttram of Oneida, Charles Worlety of Oneida, Scott Gilbert (Allison) of Oneida, Vance Gilbert (Lisa) of Oneida, Benny Ellis Jr. of Oneida, Dallen Neal of Oneida, John Frye of Wellington and Phil Petway of Liburn; and his close friends, Duel West, Denny Posey, Tommy Lee Stanley, Steve Stanley, Ronnie Ellis, Russell Anderson, Delyn Phillips and Daniel Woods.
