She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilda Duncan and Donald Musgrove; and her father-in-law Jerry Perkins. She is survived by: her children, Shane Perkins and Savannah Harness; her husband Kevin Perkins; her close friend Randy Coffey; her brother Ronnie Duncan (Paula); her nieces, Angela and Gracie; her nephew Isaiah of Oneida; her mother-in-law Judy Perkins of Oneida; her sister-in-law Rhonda West (Chad); and her nieces, Madison of Oneida, Raylin West of Oneida, Christin Douglas (Logan) of Clinton, Chelsey Whited (Robbie) of Sweetwater and Lily Burke (Jonah) of Cookeville. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
