She was predeceased by: her parents, Juber Blevins and Thelma Boyatt Blevins of Oneida; her husband Kelley Terry; her siblings, Prent Blevins and Alene Blevins King; her brother-in-law Paul King; and her nephew Kelley Blevins.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Peggy Blevins; her nieces and nephews, Richard King (Marilyn), Bryan King, Annelliese Blevins and Leah Sexton (Richard); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jessica Owens (Jimmy), Rhyan King-Pennington (Duff), Morgan Shepard, Stephan King, Miranda McCoy, Evan Sexton (Paige), Ethan Sexton, Tyler Arnold and Emalea Sexton.
