She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Harold Clark and Anna Ruth Laxton Clark; her grandparents, Ohlen, Loma Wright Laxton, Robert and Lottie Clark; her father-in-law Cecil Stephens; and her aunts and uncles, Shirley Laxton Carson, Evelyn Laxton King, Frances Sexton, Lucy Myers, Velma Neels, Naomi Silcox, Brian Laxton, Willie Clark, Herman Clark, Robert Clark, Forest Clark, Ralph Clark and Glen Clark.
She is survived by: her husband James Rodney Stephens; her sons, Kelby Grant Stephens, Payton Hunter Stephens and Drake Christian Stephens; her sisters, Cheryl Clark Anderson (Mike), Laurel Clark Ward (Roger) and Dara Hope Clark Jenkins (Bill); her grandmother Eunice Mae Weaver Cotton; her aunts, Patricia Laxton and Jewell Dean Gilbert (Grover); her uncle Arzo Carson; and her nieces and nephews, April Anderson, Robbie Foster, Alyssa Marcum (Byron), Grayson Buttram, Tyler Lane and Hadley Jo Marcum. She is also survived by several other family members and friends.
