She is survived by: her caregiver Jason Claborn; her stepson David Claborn (Marilyn) of Maryville; her brother Glinn W. Phillips of Robbins; her sister-in-law Laverne Phillips of Oneida; and her close friend Carolyn Chambers. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
