He is survived by: his wife Lucille Watson Webb; his children, Joseph Stephens of Oneida and Teresa Spenlau (Ron) of Sevierville; his siblings, Shonda Lewallen of Helenwood, Rodney Silcox (Janette) of Georgia, Jack Webb (Pam) of Helenwood and James Webb (Valerie) of Annadale; his grandchildren, Noah, Joshua, Elizabeth, Jakaylin and Ryker; and his close friends, Mary, Steve and Doc. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
