She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fred Phillips and Lula Ivorydale Phillips; her grandparents, William Wesley Phillips and Nannie Pike Phillips; her siblings, Linda Phillips Jeffers, Wanda Phillips Allen and Hurtis Phillips; her aunt Winnie Phillips; her son-in-law Luther Duane Hill; her husband Delbert Jeffers; her children, Pamela Sue Hill and Delbert Jeffers, Jr.; her grandchildren, Jonathon Hill (Alena), Jessica Hill (Brian Washam) and Roman Jeffers; her great grandchildren, Braydon Hill, Riley Hill, Briar Hill, Jerica Lowe, Lucas Washam and Noah Washam; and her siblings, Carolyn Jeffers (Glen), Curtis Phillips (Shannon), Freddie Phillips (Haley), Rannie Phillips (Betty), Ronnie Phillips, Wilbert Phillips, J. B. Phillips and Rose Letner. She was also cherished by many other relatives and friends.
