She was predeceased by: her parents, Allyn J. Waldron and Lydia E. Waldron; and her children, Jack and Shannon Elizabeth. She is survived by: her children, Donna L. Phillips of Oberlin, OH and Scott A. H. Phillips (Anna) of Seville, OH. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family asks that memorial contributions be made to the American Diabetes Association.
