She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Phillips and Ardelia Phillips; her husband Roosevelt Musgrove; and her siblings, Chester Phillips and Lillian Hamilton (Bill Hamilton).

She is survived by: her siblings, David Phillips (Judith) and Judy Terry (Jerry). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other family members, and friends.
