He is survived by: his wife Phyllis West Pike; his sons, Jason Pike (Becky) and Cody Pike (Trisa); his brother Sheridan Pike; his stepdaughter Tina Brown (Steed); his grandchildren, Kelsey, Madison, Owen and Greyson Pike; and the mother of his children Melinda Pike. He is also survived by 4 step-grandchildren; 3 great step-grandchildren.
