He is survived by: his parent Letha Thomas Foster; his wife Judy Hall Foster; his children, Douglas Foster of Tampa and Sharon Monty of Dayton, OH; his grandson Dustin White of Columbus, OH; his nephews, Bryon Foster (Jimmie) of Oneida and Robert Foster (Rachel); his brother Elzie Foster, Jr.; his wife Jean; and his sisters, Ruth Malloy and Doreen Slaven.
