He is survived by: his wife Donna Blevins Stephens; his in-laws, Kathy Terry and Bob Blevins (Pam) of Oneida, TN; his children, Jason Stephens (Ginger) of Winder, GA, Kelly Marcum, Barry Braden of Oneida, TN, Tracy Stephens Day (Chauncey) of Carlsbad, Kerri Marcum Harness of Oneida and Jodi Marcum Lowe (Johnny) of Oneida; his nephew Justin Terry of Oneida, TN; and his grandchildren, Kyra, Skyler, Jordan, Dalton, Slater, Kolton, Nash, Shelby, Kadie, Ransom, Rowan, Ivy, Willa and Ezra. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
