He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawerence Ray Shoemaker and JoAnn Boles Shoemaker; his grandparents, Pharo, Mable Shoemaker, George and Audrey Boles; and his parents-in-law, Bill and Martha Tinch.
He is survived by: his wife Velta Shoemaker; his sons, Ethan Shoemaker (Sherry) and Jeremy Shoemaker (Megan) of Oneida, TN; and his grandchildren, Hunter, Shiloh, Shayla, Kennedy and Caden. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
