She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Phillips and Arnie West Phillips; and her husband Lautin Laxton. She is survived by: her children, Phillip (Pam) of Nashville, Gail Laxton Duncan of Clinton and Rosemary Laxton of Clinton; her grandchildren, Chase Duncan (Tanya) of Winter Garden, FL, Autumn Lawson of Clinton and Heather Shelton (Paul) of Nashville; and her close friends, Glenna Walker, Kenny Fraker, Tony Langley, Vickie Young, Charles Dobbs, Sam Story, Johnny Grimes, Bill Hartbarger and Gary Pearson. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
