He was predeceased by: his mother Lavana Hendrickson Lambert; his grandparents, Frank Hendrickson and Hannah Davis Hendrickson; his uncles, James, Glen, Franklin and Michael Hendrickson; and his aunt Susan Hendrickson Borum.
He is survived by: his father John Lee Lambert; his sister Melissa Lambert; his nieces, Peyton B. Giles and Skyler B. Giles; his aunt Nancy Hendrickson Kerby; his uncle Mark Hendrickson; and his cousins, Christopher Hendrickson (Brandi), Amy Hendrickson, Erin Hendrickson Frizzell (Ross), Stacy Kerby, Carrie Kerby Bruckner, Magan Hendrickson, Blair Hendrickson and Joseph Hendrickson.
