He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles T. Butler and Alma Irene Thomas Butler; and his siblings, Robert Butler and Louise Plemons. He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Green (Larry); his grandchildren, Mallory Keeton (Matt), Lance Green (Whitney) and Madison Green; his great grandchildren, Nolan, Tenley, Tyce Keeton and Ashton Green; his siblings, Charlotte Gallaher, Jerry Davenport, Georgia Butler and Linda Headrick (Johnny); his nephews, Bobby Butler (Drema), Randy Butler and Chuck Butler (Rhonda); and his close friend Kay Butler. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
