We bid farewell to Sara Hughes of Oliver Springs, Tennessee, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 4, 2024 at the age of 82. Sara touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Donald Hughes; her parents, Thomas Elmer and Erma Webb Hughes Underwood; her siblings, Thomas, Ronnie, Baxter, Roger Underwood and Barbara Smith; and her son-in-law Eddie Wampler.
She is survived by: her children, Sara Denise Bridges (Mike) and Gary Edward Hughes (Pam); her grandchildren, Casee Meyer (Justin), Michael Wampler (Kelly), Kayla Harriss and Callie Bailey; her great grandchildren, Aston, Anora Meyer and Mason Wampler; her sisters, Linda Grady and Diane Nipper (Paul); and her sister-in-law Janice Underwood.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church (115 Old Hen Valley Rd, Oliver Springs, TN 37840).
In lieu of flowers donations to the printing ministry at Mount Pisgah Baptist Church would be greatly appreciated.
