He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Henley and Rosie Henley; his wife Merle Ann Henley; and his children, Flynn R. Henley and Peggy Ann Henley.
He is survived by: his children, Steve W. Henley and Debbie Marney; his grandchildren, Michael Henley, Maggie Rose Choate, Deedee McFarland and Amanda Godbey; his great grandchildren, Chase Henley, Emery, Charlee Bottiny, Alexis, Camden, Elaina Rose and Evelyn Godbey; his nephew Ralph Willard Henley; and his nieces, Brenda (Jim), Linda (Bill) and Donna (David). He is also survived by other nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the George Jones Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery.
