He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruley Harness and Faye Phillips Harness; and his grandparents, Johnnie, Lottie Harness, Mitchell and Pearl Phillips.
He is survived by: his children, Casey Nicole Harness and Phillip Eugene Harness; his granddaughter McKenzie (Samuel Goans); his siblings, Scotty (Shannon Harness) and Tammy (Steve Hornback); and his close friend Joe Harness. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
