He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Palmer and Luella Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Retha Palmer; his children, Jeffery Palmer (Racheal), Shannon Palmer (Robert May Jr.) and Michelle Genow (Rick); his sister Darlene Palmer; and his close friend Robert Hendren. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Anderson Memorial Gardens (640 Oliver Springs Hwy, Clinton, TN 37716).
