He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Claude Smith Harvey, Jr., Jennie Maxine Brown Harvey, Bernard Guy and Mary Evelyn Whedbee; his uncles, Claude "Buster" Harvey III, John Thomas Harvey, Robert Edgar Whedbee and Tom McBryde; and his niece Brenna Joy Whedbee.
He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Guy Whedbee of Oliver Springs and Donna Maria Whedbee (Harvey) of Oliver Springs; his wife Amanda Katherine Potuk; his children, Parker Guy and Cole White; his brother Joseph Michael Whedbee (Beth); his in-laws, Tom and Sarah Hoover Potuk; his brother Zach; his sister-in-law Kelli Barnett; his nieces and nephews, Caden, Evan, Bishop, Duke, Ryan, Ava and Marina; his aunts, Claudia Harvey Patterson, Donetta Haynes Harvey, Anne Whedbee McBryde, Martha Lou Whedbee, Kim Hoover and Lisa Hoover Jennings; and his uncle Marlin White Hoover (Rick Jennings). He is also survived by cousins and friends.
Mark always served his community and was a member of the Oliver Springs Historical Society, the Oliver Springs Alumni Educational Foundation, the Mayme Carmichael School Organization, Inc., and the Roane County Chamber of Commerce.
