He is survived by: his wife Wanda Kay Baker; his children, John "Tony" Baker, Brandy Michelle Beard (Jason), Jonathan Baker, Jenna Baker, Mary Dillman and Wanda Russell; his grandchildren, Jessica, Jaxson Baker, Madilyn Reynolds, Joelee, Morgan Beard, Aiden, Aaron Baker, Hannah, Zach and Angel; his great grandchild Grayson; and his siblings, Victoria Cox, Ramona Carter (Cliff Blanchard), Kevin Carter (Lisa), Greg Carter (Amy), Joseph Carter (Tisa) and Melissa Morgan (Allen).
