He is survived by: his sons, Terry Goins (Lisa) and Tim Goins; his grandsons, Darren Goins (Kristy) and Derek Goins (Rachel); his sisters, Lillie Mae Rutherford and Dorothy Hester; his half-brother Carl Goins; his great grandchildren, Emi Kate, Kamden Cole, Presley Ann and Charles Clay; and his brothers-in-law, Joel Crowe (Mary) and Jerry Crowe. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, special friends.
